6. Manage all the channels airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Expedia, Google Vacational Rentals etc thru one system.
7. Provide best available vendors for repairs and not charge any commission to the owners.
8. No long term contracts with the owners. We require monthly committment ONLY.

Co-Hosted Homes is the perfect solution for homeowners who want to save money and be involved in the hosting process. With this option, you’ll maintain control of your Airbnb accounts and communicate directly with your guests, while we take care of the time-consuming tasks like cleaning, laundry, minor repairs and routine checkups. Additionally, you’ll get access to our suite of technology tools like smart pricing and home automation, and increased exposure through our website along with social media. Guests will book with confidence knowing that Dellsvacations.club will prepare their home to highest standards, while enjoying the comfort of knowing they’ll be in contact with the owner of the home.

3. MANAGEMENT BY OWNER ($40 per month)

This plan is ideal for the owners who perform their own cleaning services or have their private cleaners. However, owners are not registered as a Property Manager with the village of Lake Delton. This plan will allow owners to use the digital platform in listing and maintaining their own property, while Dellsvacations.club will provide significant services for a minimum fee.

Some of our customers prefer this option as it gives them the freedom to manage their own listings for an extremely low flat fee to be on our system/platform. We offer monthly contracts to the owners vs. yearly. Our minimum fee for the owners to just be on our Hostaway platform www.dellsvacations.club is $40 per month. This includes linking with various channels like airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com, Google Vacation Rentals - Automated messaging - Wifi door lock access - Financial reports etc.

Smartlock Technology

Every guest has a unique access code to the property which expires upon checkout. The smartlock also allows for remote locking and unlocking of the property. Never have to wory about the keys.

Smart Wifi Thermostats

Reducing the burden on guests and the cleaning crew, you can control the thermostat when the home is not occupied. As an owner, you are controlling the electric/gas bills.

Unlimited Owner Use

As a property owner, you’ll have full control and access to your property’s calendar so you can enjoy unlimited owner use, no black out dates. Stay as long as you want in your vacation rental.

Professional Cleaning Services

Our cleaning crew makes our properties special. Without them, STR business is impossible. Fully trained individuals perform their work professionally and ensure that our guests are satisfied. Below are our cleaning rates:

$100 for cleaning 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium approximately 1500 sq. ft.
$65 for cleaning 1 bedroom 1 bathroom condominium approximately 800 sq. ft.

Dynamic Pricing

We utilize 2 dynamic pricing softwares for our properties.

One of the software that we utilize is commercially available and almost every Property Manager utilizes it. In most cases the actual owners do not even have access to the dynamic pricing software and they leave it upto the property managers for setting up the base price and minimum price in their system on their behalf. Lack of transparency only leads to low occupancy rates and reduced revenues for the owners. As an example, if the properties owned by the property manager is consistently lower in prices for his/her owned properties than the ones that he/she is managing: it means that your data is potentially being managed/altered/adjusted. To prevent this problem, we always ask the owners to request their Property Manager to provide monthly reports from Dynamic Pricing system as well as the property management system showing any "data adjustments with time stamps, and changes". These reports are readily available from their respective systems. We provide these monthly reports to the owners.

Our technology team, developed the second software, called (Vacations Edge) that gave Dellsvacations.club team the advantage on the competitors. This software is not available in the market as Dellsvacations.club developed for our partners only. Both systems work hand in hand and ensure that your pricing is correct, how it compares with other properties in your area, indicates number of times the pricing has been modified, the actual changed amount, frequency of changes, date/time of the changes made and also suggests the recommended rates based on the predictability models. This new system, even though is in development stage has given dellsvacations.club the clear ADVANTAGE.

Hostway Platform ($50 per month)

We utilize Hostaway as property management software along with various Dynamic Pricing tools. For $50 per month, you can be on the Hostway platform with every possible feature including smart locks plus DellsVacations Club team filing your monthly Room Tax reports for the village of Lake Delton. Owners should never pay more than $50 per month for being on the Hostaway platform. Dellsvacations.club team does not believe in long term contracts with the owners. We respect owners choices for finding the best solution for their needs. Our goal is to maximize the savings for the owners and not the property managers.
